Our priority is getting your order to you as quickly and safely a possible.
For “Next Day” delivery, orders must be placed before 12PM and excludes delivery on weekends, Bank Holidays and to certain postcode areas.
UK Standard Parcel Service with DPD – £4.99
European Parcel Deliveries by courier – Variable Price depending on country – Please be aware that when ordering outside the UK you will be liable for any local taxes and charges as these will be sent with zero VAT.
Countries outside the UK & EU – we can deliver to anywhere!

DPD collect from us Monday to Friday afternoon. This does however exclude Bank Holidays.
Smaller low value orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, sent Monday to Friday. This does however exclude Bank Holidays.
These deliveries do not require a signature. In the event that a package doesn’t arrive please notify our customer services department on 01202 826 722 .

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Renntec however there may be certain instances products may need to be returned.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. The item should be sent in the original packaging, be undamaged and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us.
We will issue an exchange or refund you via your original payment method. If the goods are found to be damaged or have parts missing, Renntec reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods.

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days on their return they can be replaced or a refunded issued via your original payment method.
FAULTY ON ARRIVAL
If your items are faulty on arrival, you should inform us as soon as reasonably possible and this should be in the form of an email with pictures attached of the issue.
Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible with a copy of original documentation.
Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or refund (provided items are received in original condition and packaging) via your original payment method.

3. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items during their return.
4. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges when returning the item.
