1″ & 7/8″ Straight Motorcycle Handlebars – Chrome (Various Sizes)

£59.99

1″ straight handlebars from Renntec, made from 2mm wall mild steel and (also available in Black) then nickel chrome coated, please see picture in gallery for sizes available.

Construction: 1inch O.D. x 2mm wall mild steel tubing. All bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the radii. For sizes available measurements, please refer to the chart in gallery picture.

Fitment: Straight style bars are a bit lower than most original equipment handlebars, in fact they are as low as you can get – they are flat, so fitting cables and controls should be very simple! Note: as Tracker bars are slightly wider than stock bars, please consider turning angle and tank size/mounting before ordering.

A Few Words on Knurling: We don’t knurl our bars because doing so reduces the surface area where the handlebar makes contact with the risers, thereby compromising clamping power. Stock and aftermarket steel risers commonly found on cruisers and custom big twins have a material density 4 times greater than aluminium. This density doesn’t let knurling bite into the riser material, which in turn compromises clamping strength.

Fitment: Straight style bars are a bit lower than most original equipment handlebars, in fact they are as low as you can get – they are flat, so fitting cables and controls should be very simple! So retro fitment with stock cables and wiring is generally a snap. Note: as straight bars are slightly wider than stock bars, please consider turning angle and tank size/mounting before ordering.
